MSA at J49 M4 is about 50 yards beyond the end of the M4 It clearly is not bound by the regular MSA regulations as it closes about 8-8.30pm. I found out the hard way when heading west and, at about 10pm, badly in need of the loo! A note about the hours on the main page would be useful.

Did there use to be a service station at junction 23 on the M6 where it crosses the A580?
